Selfharm.co.uk are a national project based in Luton supporting young people impacted by self harm.

Mind

Mind is a national charity aiming to educate, reduce stigma and also provide services for sufferers and carers.

Rethink

Provide services, groups and an advice line as well as research into mental health conditions and surrounding issues. They also have a dedicated service for the siblings of sufferers.
